Psychology with GHP
Supporting adults, couples, and young people facing complex emotional and psychological difficulties
I work with adults who may be experiencing a wide range of emotional and psychological difficulties. Some clients come to therapy with long‑standing struggles such as anxiety, depression, trauma, or relationship problems. Others seek support during particularly challenging periods of life, including loss, significant transitions, or times when familiar ways of coping no longer feel sufficient.
I also work with individuals experiencing difficulties related to anger, grief, hopelessness, addictions, and relationship challenges. My practice includes working with individuals and couples experiencing sexual difficulties, drawing on additional training in psychosexual therapy.
In addition, I offer Gender Exploratory Therapy for individuals aged 16 and over. This work provides a careful and reflective space to explore experiences of gender‑related distress and the broader developmental questions that may accompany them.
